Pork Inihaw

1/2 kilo pork spareribs
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teasepoon crushed peppercorn
1 head garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt

1. Combine all the ingredients and marinate the pork for 1 hour or overnight.
2. Drain off excess liquid.
3. Roast pork spareribs over hot coals or in a broiler.
